I was a big supporter of this, been talking about a V6 performance option for months....something to match the Mustang PP option.

I am still a fan of the idea.

That said I feel like the V6 as it is, is going to outperform the Ecoboost PP anyways, and if it is that good, is it needed? GM may not think so, but I still like it. It would make for a very fun car indeed! It would whip up on the current Ecoboost in every measure.

The good news, is that if GM does not offer it, at least V6 owners will hopefully have an easy upgrade to lower rear gears from GM that are being used in the I4.
