Yeah, I agree. Chevy has to keep its eye on the ball and be careful not to lose focus on what they've done right... winning the segment here in the good ol' U.S. of A. They've done that by offering a winning design with great powertrains at a reasonable price. If they can keep doing that and sell some cars abroad, fine.

Frankly, I don't really know what 'global' even means . Ford has made a lot of noise about the new Mustang being a 'global car,' and before the vehicle was revealed, a lot of folks were expecting a smaller, lighter Mustang. That didn't happen. Apparently, for Ford, 'going global' means little more than conforming to European safety standards and adding a 4-cylinder engine and IRS.
