Well yeah since I'm pulling from a heritage that goes back 46 years there's going to be familiarities; that's intentional.
Do you want something that's never been remotely done by anyone anywhere from any car company? Considering the constraints on design; 4 wheels, 2 doors, 4 passengers, must meet legal requirements for crash safety, etc. and must look like a Camaro... it's extremely unlikely you're going to get the "never before seen" design. So many designers over the last 50 years have been working on concept cars that it's getting nearly impossible to come up with a design that doesn't have some kind of similarity to something done by someone at some time. That doesn't mean you can't come up with a good design, it just means there are probably going to be familiar elements in it you might have seen elsewhere. That's just the way it is.
