Yes. I know it's not actually heel toe but that's the common term. Yes I'm referring to just rev matching without braking. Obviously not something you do in the middle of a hard turn. Similar to how you would drop down a gear on the freeway, rev match without the brake. Just a throttle blip.
My only point is, active rev match just makes it easy for the average joe to row through gears and look like a pro.
