Yes, but 67/68 & 69 were all Gen 1, with Gen 2 being a revolutionary change. So, you're basically saying that Gen 6 will be more like a Gen 5.5 in terms of looks? I don't think that will be the case. You can have an evolutionary change but still be a lot more different than 68->69 was.
I think Gen 6 will be immediately recognizable as a change in Camaro generation much like Corvette C5 and C6 were (I don't think any one mixes them up) Evolutionary change but clearly a generation change on an all new platform.
