I don't see any photos but you could use 3m Perfect it II Rubbing Compound and a decent pad on a good DA polisher. I have a porter cable and use Lake Country pads for this type of damage.
As for the dent I'd head to a local paintless dent repair tech. As long as there are no major creases you should be in good shape.
