Have differential fluid changed and get dealership to pay for it. I did by threatening the survey when they told me no. I did it 6 months ago and it completely fixed it. I drove it 8 months with that noise and feeling. Even if they say its normal its not right. It can and should be fixed with thefluid change. It'll clear out metal shavings in it that are causing the grind. I credit this forums users for the advice back then and i appreciate you all. We are all a family
