We've all had our "moments" SSeiSS! And you just made my day! So thanks.

The best one I can remember of my own was when KTM first started importing their SuperDuke motorcycle to the U.S.
To do some basic maintenance you needed a 12mm Allen wrench socket.
I looked high and low- finally ordered one off the net and then raised cane on an enthusiast's KTM website.

KTM's are made in Austria and so this website was primarily visited by guys in the U.K. at that time.
The first reply to my rant suggested I check the INCLUDED tool kit on the bike, where I found a very nice 12mm.

I still can't show my face in the United Kingdom!

P.S. I also start in neutral but with clutch still depressed to the floor!
