I ran 275s front and 285s rear last year. Unfortunately, you can't rotate the tires that way, but I'll take that extra 0.1" of tread width in the rear lol. I'm sure it is more of a placebo effect than anything.

What is the general consensus on RE71 life? 50 autocross runs plus a few thousand miles of street driving? Less? If so you have an argument for just going to Hoosiers, I mean jesus, these things seem to wear out like q-tips.

I think I had about 80 short autocross runs (30sec) + 5k miles out of my RE-71Rs and they are somewhere around halfway worn. I've been pleased.
