I ran 275s front and 285s rear last year. Unfortunately, you can't rotate the tires that way, but I'll take that extra 0.1" of tread width in the rear lol. I'm sure it is more of a placebo effect than anything.

I think I had about 80 short autocross runs (30sec) + 5k miles out of my RE-71Rs and they are somewhere around halfway worn. I've been pleased.
