I wouldn't say that Mustang sales are floundering, but Ford is probably making a ton of money on each one as the tooling costs have been paid off for a long time what with how long it's been on the market. I'm pretty sure the Mustang outsold the Camaro last month.

Competition is good for the breed, it will be interesting to see what happens with the new Mustang, the new Camaro and the new Barracuda (Challenger replacement).
