We do have a major advantage to modding in that our motors are built for boost. So a little more isn't stressing them too bad at all. It's just that anything can happen and if you aren't willing to pony up for the "shit happens" moments, you shouldn't do more than intake/exhaust and leave the tune alone. I've heard you can buy a separate ECU to tune, but that's shady in my opinion.
