if we do $20 a piece the "pool" will be $240...
we could do $160 to the winner and $80 to the runner up
or
buy a trophy with engraveable plaques ($40-$80) payout would be
$40 trophy: $140/$60
$60 trophy: $130/$50
$80 trophy: $120/$40
