an easy way to get the dealer to respond to you and work with you is to show up in the showroom on a weekend afternoon and start polite, if they dont want to work with you or are trying to screw you over you can get louder until the other people in there that are about to sign deals take notice. I had to do this with a mazda dealer in Phoenix that tried to screw over my wife (sold her a car then days later told her that they couldnt do the deal she signed and they were raising the price and interest rate) After i went in and politely asked them to unwind the deal since they were not honoring the contract and they said no i got LOUD and said "NO, THIS IS BS, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RAISE THE PRICE AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT" everyone in the showroom turned and looked... they suddenly were very accomidating and got me out of there quickly, lol
