[SS Performance]

Ok like the title says I need help/advise on rear suspension upgrades.

I DD my 15 1LE. I also track the car.

I am trying to eliminate the dreaded rear wheel hop and tighten up the rear suspension.

I have read quite a few threads on this and am confused. I am not looking to change the springs or sway bars at this point.

I have read about rear trailing arms, toe links, bushings, and roto joints.

Also I am not sure what the difference is between polyurethane and urethane. Is one better than the other?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
