[ReFLeX135]

Car was at the dealer for 3 weeks - transmission was replaced. I've had it about a week or 2 since then. I opened the trunk today and noticed this for the first time. I couldn't find anything for it to connect to. I didn't see it in the manual but I'm not really sure what to search. Anyone know what it is and should it be hanging down like this? Thanks!
