Reprogram Low Tire Pressure Limit?

Yeah I'm not sure what is going on. Its pretty predictable though.. I always set the pressure using a high quality gauge after the car has sat overnight in the garage. After driving approximately 15 minutes any tire that hasn't reached 31 psi as per the TMPS I get the low tire warning.

I could always just ignore the warnings but if I had a *real* tire problem I might miss it until it's too late.
