GM does not need to compete with a HP number. JMO. It's loosing battle that can't escalate much past 2025 with CAFEgedon coming.
Yes, fun spectator sport for us, even if we didn't buy one. But I don't see GM needing to play.
Now depending on what Ford does with the GT500........
