Hi Camaro5 folks, Dave from Melbourne, FL here and I finally did it. I just ordered my first Camaro, a 2015 ZL1 (sorry, but it's not black, haha). Dealer says 6-8 weeks before I get it, which is going to kill me to wait that long.

I'm not sure how long until I get my VIN, but they're supposed to get that to me once issued.

In the meantime, I'm looking at anything and everything I can so I have a game plan of what, and when, to do once I get it. I see there's a 1500 mi break-in period, which I'm sort of used to on my motorcycles (they're usually about 600 mi) but I've had to do this many times before.

I'll probably ask for your help on here with mods (who doesn't do mods, right) and also a good shop in the Melbourne, FL area too. I only know of one good speed shop here and he's a Ford guy, but he has a good rep and might be able to help with some bolt-ons that I'm not comfortable with.

Anyway, look forward to getting my new ride and discussing how to make a bad ass car even better.
