Hi everyone. So, I did my own DIY on the dash ABL for our 5th Gen's. I used EL Tape instead of going with one of the more conventional methods out. Well, my EL tape has died, and to be frank, I'm sick of hearing the high pitched noise coming from the inverter required to run the EL. So, my question is this:

I've seen only 2 kits that are standard for doing this with the light pipe. Gen5DIY and sjmautoprod. Can anyone with these kits chime in and let me know how well they work? Which kit is better, brighter/more closely matches the current brightness of the door abl, etc.
