Warped rotors. My wife constantly has that problem because she "rides" the brakes. Of course, she says I never use mine. But no brake problems for me.
I usually keep my cars 7+ years now, so I believe in PM. My family and I depend too much on our vehicles because mass transit is nonexistent where we live.
