I would get a price and maybe an opinion from a mechanic driving the car.
It sounds like you are getting the vibration in almost all conditions, and I think your torque converter may be worn past the point where new fluid will help.
Hate to see you spend $750 on a fluid change and then find out you need a $3000 TC replacement.
