Dave, what tire sizes are you running now? Did you have to get camber plates to fit 18x12?
295/35/18 RE71RS. It's the largest size they make in 18s right now. I could also run 315s or 325s but right now the 295 REs are a lot less expensive than 315 Yok A052 and seem to be about as fast.

You can get MSI wheels studs for a Mustang that are the perfect length, and I got Titan hubcentic spacers for about $70 and removed the studs that came with them.

I'm using Vorshlag camber plates and MCS RR2 coilovers. For the OEM struts you just have to grind, exactly the same as in the Apex fitment guide. This setup uses Apex 18x12 et 41 Camaro wheels.
