They make rotating frames, but I don't know if they make them that big. You could definitely take this idea and build your own. If the back is orientated the same as the front you will have to spin it on the vertical axis, if the back is upside down to the front you would have to spin it on the horizontal axis. Another option is hinge one side, but that would take up twice as much wall space.
