^^^ this. Plenty of threads here covering both of them.

I will add that the PS4S is very expensive, but it's more like a 3-season tire when driven reasonably. I drove on these all the way down to 36-38 degrees and the car remained completely drivable and maneuverable. Again, one needs to exercise sound judgment with the throttle in these conditions, and even though their wet traction is second to none, these tires will probably be ice skates when driven in the snow.
