Rod mod intake from gpi would be the best bang for the buck. You send them the old one and it would cost you 1/3 the price of those other manifolds.
Only other one worth dropping money on is the lod with a 102 opening. But that combo cost a lot more for such a little gain over rod mod. Ported throttle body is also a cheap upgrade that I think is worth it. It increased my throttle response nicely.

But converters are a huge upgrade on our cars.
