A common problem with headers is contact with the wiring harness that runs right underneath the coolant bottle on the passenger side. CHECK THAT HARNESS CAREFULLY! Mine was contacting and had to be secured I caught it before it did damage. There are guys here that have had the harness melt and cause all sorts of electrical problems.
