vent valve solenoid

Had a v. v. solenoid put on my 2010 Camaro RS and when they turned it on it shorted out...What caused it and how much damage could it cause ? Was it the dealers fault or just an accident ?

Dealer did not put in correct amt. of oil

Because they did not listen to me or the check engine light, I drove around for 5 months with very low oil, did not register on dipstick, my question is the engine has a bad rod and burnt bearings...

common tapping noise in engine

Can anyone tell me how to quiet down what the dealer says is a common problem in 2010 Camaro's....tapping in the engine ( mine is on the driver's side ) coming from the area of the lifters/injectors...
