Can we enable vales functionality with a BORLA...

Can we enable vales functionality with a BORLA exhaust with valves on a non NPP exhaust from factory ?
I am guessing these has to some sort of additional equipment to control the valves right ?

I am looking to get a v6 Camaro wit NPP ,
Question is some dealers say that
car has DUAL EXHAUST some say
NPP exhaust.

I am confused :frusty: now aren't they same ??
I want my car...
