Did you have aftermarket radius rod bushing inserts? From the pic it looks like you might have had the JPSS delrin inserts.

aFe is a good option for solid subframe bushings...

aFe is a good option for solid subframe bushings - these are the same design as the old Pfadt solid bushings which i have. Looks like the Hendix would be as well.
