Well new keyfob turned up. It isn't programming...

Well new keyfob turned up. It isn't programming in to the car. I get the security theft message anyone got any ideas ? Do I need to send it back and try another one ? This is the third one I've tried...

Thanks for your reply, yes I took all the numbers on the fob and passed them to the retailer to check. They were confident that the new fob matched the old one.

Thanks for the advice. I am guessing the fob is not the right mhz. The retailer sold me a 315mhz one which I thought would work as I recently changed a TPMS sensor and that was 315mhz not 433, so...
