What's in the trunk 2016-17
 

I'm the second owner of this 2016 and am missing at least the fuel funnel and what looks like there's and open compartment on the left of the tire inflator kit,
Can someone take a pic of there storage area as a comparo to mine or help as to what should be in there so I can replace the missing items,

Nothing. Depending on the model, that's where the amplifier or MRC module would go.

Oh you meant stock..... :bellyroll: Yeah you're lucky to get the funnel and tow hook being used.

Funnel?

I believe the funnel is for putting gas in your car via gas can. I'm not positive. Mine was in the trunk, but I think it's normally keep in the glove box

I think mine came with one of these as standard equipment.

That is what the funnel is for. I bought mine used so that was in the trunk along with the shields for racing and the front license plate bracket. I don't remember seeing the tow hook. I'll have to check again.

Hey guys thanks for all the replys, correct on the funnel it's needed for pouring gas from a can or adding additives from a bottle, guess I'll have to look at the auto parts store,
and yes I'm interested in stock trunk setup
although

So that empty space on left with 3 studs sticking up is dependent on model trim,
SS 1 or 2LT.

It looks kinda like this but mine was black. This was on Amazon if you want one it's a cappless fuel tank funnel

Yes, but for SS (non 1LE) there's no tire inflator pouch or sealant as they have RF tire.

Non-MRC/base audio 1SS cars would be missing stuff left and middle.

ZL1 has left, right and center will all hardware with MRC, Amp, Sealant/Inflator, etc due to having non RF tire.

1LE will look similar to ZL1, but I think since it has a different AMP than the 2SS/ZL1, it's in a diff location. But, it'll have the inflator kit with sealant as it's also non RF tire and the MRC controller.

The cutout above the compressor/sealer kit I believe is for the optional battery charger. Asked about this in another thread but got no response. Can anyone confirm this?

It's for the v3 Trunk Monkey. Same a** kicking ability in a more compact size.
