Left ear hurts when windows down

Kind of an odd thread here I know. When I have my windows all of the way down during my commute (about 80 mins of back roads) my left ear hurts when I get home.

I think it has to do with the buffeting from the wind. Anyone else notice this?

I always drive with my windows down. My ears are fine. I can't see wind being an aggravator unless you're spending the 80 min doing 80+

Hahaha, as long as itīs no thread about " my head hurts when I smash it against the wall, what can I do ? ".... :sm0:

Try to open the right window just a bit. The air isnīt compressing then.

Both windows are completely down.

You could raise the windows.

Haha thanks. I'm not complaining about it, just wondering if it has happened to anyone else.

If you have only 1 window down, it sets up a low frequency vibration that can be irritating to your ears. Lowering 1 window from each side usually cures that.

I've never been at your home when you get there, so I'll take your word for it that your ear hurts.

I think this is it because it happens to me too. If both windows are lowered an it still happens it's probably because of higher speeds and the windows are only partially down. That's just from my experience.

Why are you asking other people on a car forum if their ear hurts after driving? Go see a doctor.

I think the Camaro is great with the windows down, not too windy at all compared to other vehicles...
