Hey, Mark. Good for you guys. We’ve been talking about Colo too believe it or not. Wife was just out to Denver and Boulder for work. Loved it. Seems like the right time to sell the house here, huh? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro |

Brian this place is so incredible and beautiful! We are about 27 miles southwest of Denver at 8100' in Conifer. Wow, to funny, with all our talk about meeting at Fontana/Thunderhill/Laguna, could you imagine if we meet here. If you are really going to move here lets talk on the phone rather then here. Denver is crowded Etc. so if you're wanting less traffic/people it matters where you go. Our 3rd day here we had a heard of Elk in the meadow out our bedroom window, we got up real quick drove to the road and the heard was 40 strong, they passed 20' in front of us, the next week we saw a huge bigass bighorn, right off the highway. Last week we had 14 deer in our backyard for bedtime. The poeple here have pride and are nice, not like shithole Calif........and oh yeah, no soiled diapers at Walmart parking lot!

I think my girlfriend still has the Elk crossing on video and the Bighorn pic. I will send it to you.

Believe it or not, this is very common and I deal with this on a daily basis. I am very anal with parking spaces, but how I go about it is in several ways:
-Try to park next to well cared for cars. -Don't be too obvious that you are avoiding contact. Morons don't know much, but they know how to cause trouble and they know how to damage things. -Park next to a stationary object or a car that is parked long-term. You can mitigate instances of contact, but of course it isn't foolproof. I've found that your best defense is your instinct; That and, of course, if its too precious to drive then leave it home. |
Somebody door dinged my car at work. A month later the parking spaces were widened. Yeah, I went that far. I admit, I lost my shit.

I always try to find the further right spot as you have less of a chance for door bangs with passengers then drivers
