Golf Clubs & Trunk

I'm going golfing tomorow, second time ever and wondering if golf clubs will even be a possibility of fitting in the trunk I dont have a set of my own to go out and check myself but was wondering how others do it if possible

Hell yea man. May need to take the driver out and put in separately but you can easily fit 2-4 bags

CHMSC 06-17-2013 02:38 AM

You can fit them no problem. I take my driver out but fits fine after that.

Sweeeet..!! might also need to take the sub box out also no biggie though its just a simple 2 10" sealed enclosure unplug 2 wires and its out n about 5-7 seconds
Now to buy a set of my own lol

Yup... just remove your driver :) I had 4 sets in the back of my car with shoes and drinks.

4 bags??? holy cow. I can barely fit one bag and a cue case back there lol

I think it is funny how we all take the drivers out. DAMN YOU GM for not making the trunk opening one inch wider lol

Also you can always lay the seat down...

I need to pull my driver, hybrid, and umbrella out of the bag to make it easier. I can maneuver the bag in with those in the bag but I feel like if I'm a little off or put too much pressure a club will snap.

Pics please... were talking Camaros not Mustangs..

I can finagle my golf bag attached to a pull cart in, slowly and carefully, if I take the driver & 3-wood out first and snake them in seperately. But yeah, as much as I love this car, it sucks for this purpose.

OP has a vert. Can not fit my clubs in my vert. Not even close.

I just tilt the passengers seat back and lay them in there.

Mine stay in the trunk. Never know when a game may bust out.

You said it. I went golfing yesterday for the first time with the new Camaro. I struggled to get the clubs in, and finally had to take the driver out. I then had a to do list that involved a trip to the grocery store, and with the bags in the trunk, we had limited room. Finally, I had to pick up one of our cats at the vet, and the cat carrier could not get into the back seat. So like you, we love our car, but it will be the Tahoe we use on trips, or anything that involves moving more than my wife and myself!

I just fold my back seat down and they fit no problem.
