Gas Prices $3.50/gallon by June

Hey guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster. No Camaro yet, but definitely by the end of summer! Just read this article, and thought I'd share it with other Camaro enthusiasts, since it's good news!

Well that would buck the traditional summer price hike trend now wouldn't it?

Kinda what I was thinking. I'm already paying $3.90/gal

BenningJ 05-06-2011 11:34 AM

Yeah I heard today on the radio that gas prices would be dropping soon.

RFM 05-06-2011 11:35 AM

Dropped more than $13.00 within 48 hours! I was ecstatic to hear.

Camaro2SSLS3 05-06-2011 11:39 AM

Good to hear. I just paid $4.18 for premium last night

According to the news this morning, MSN, gas should drop by .50 per gallon by Memorial day since the price of a barrel of oil is now below $100. How fast the stations actually drop the price will remain seen.

I'm right there with you. $4.17 2 nights ago.

And I've seen it up to $4.48 at a Shell station.:barf:

TSSUNAMI 05-06-2011 11:52 AM

Music to my ears. I paid 4.39 per gallon for Sunoco Ultra 93 last night.

wertman94 05-06-2011 11:57 AM

I am betting it will be closer to $5 this summer

camarocpa 05-06-2011 11:58 AM

I paid 4.51/gal for Shell 93 just about an hour ago.

midnighter 05-06-2011 11:59 AM

They are getting this for premium here already. The regular is going for $3.25 a gal. avg.

RSokie 05-06-2011 12:06 PM

See they are brain washing us to think that even 3.00 a gallon is cheap....IT IS A TRAVISTY!

cab2g 05-06-2011 12:18 PM

about time the market corrected itself again. However, I doubt this will affect gas prices by 50 cents. Stations will probably lower prices by 30 cents max if oil stays at $100 barrel.
