I have to take this this way
The people that are talking about the 16 , don't know what they are talking about
The ones that do know , aren't talking , period .

Yea, I gotta see this ... GM came so correct with the Camaro 5 and new Vette, I think the bar is high. Hopefully they don't go too crazy with ideas.

Agree!

I hope not neither but I the 5th Gen to me is just to perfect that GM is in a lose , lose situation almost! Just because of the 5th Gen success! So I'm not really worried because I. love the Retro muscle look of the 5th Gen. Plus I think the 6th Gen camaro will have more of a sports car look than the muscular muscle car look.

sounds like it's similar to the C5 to C6 downsizing theme with conservative styling changes

Definitely not going to trade in my car this year. Gonna wait for next year and maybe just have a 2010 and a 2016!

Silverlsinva 03-10-2014 11:24 PM

So who is getting fired for talking about the 6th gen Camaro or letting a blabber mouth see it first so he can talk about it. I for one hope it is revolutionary not evolutionary everyone loves the 5th gen look and everyone freaked when they tweaked it with the 14 model year refresh and that was a bit evolutionary refresh. I hope its more revolutionary with past Camaro cues. Let the great 5th gen design stay unsullied in our minds.

With the redesigned Mustang hitting showrooms first, Ford's pony-car sales could surpass Camaro this year.

Seriously that would be embarrassing...for Mustang fans. The fewer on the road the better. It looks like a Fusion coupe. What a dog.

If it does sell well it'll only mean there's alot of people who will buy anything with a pony stamped on it.

You know, as much as it's almost heresy on this board to assign any significance to the Transformers Camaro, I too won't be shocked if the new car ends up bearing a rather strong resemblance to the Transformers mock-up.

Let's face it. The descriptions of 'not drastically different' and 'looks like a worked-over current-model Camaro' ARE applicable to the Transformers car.

Is it going to look exactly like that? Of course not. But could it look just enough like it to give a basic idea of the new car to the typical movie viewer? Maybe, just maybe.

I actually don't mind the appearance of the Transformers car, so this wouldn't be deal-killer for me if it happens.

...without argument, an interview was conducted with Fitz as I believe almost a year or so ago where this topic point was discussed in question format about the next Gen, it was stated it would be evolutionary, rather than evolutionary...it's reserachable....

nester7929 03-11-2014 02:10 AM

I just hope they made visibility a bit better.
