Z/28 OEM wheel weights?

I saw this:
"Front - 22873225 - (19x11 11mm os) (GM says the shipping weight is 25.88 pounds) - $795.00 (R)
Rear - 22873227 - (19x11.5 26mm os) (GM says the shipping weight is 26.32 pounds) - $795.00 (R)
Weights may or may not be correct. "

but does anyone know the actual weights of the OEM wheels?

I weighed them with my digital scale. They were BOTH exactly 26.2 lbs. How? The wider rear wheels have a much larger offset, making the hub area much more shallow, shaving quite a bit of weight.

I finally got my OEM Z/28 wheels!
  • They did not get any damage during shipping, which was a big relief.
  • There's a little scratch in the back unfinished side on all of them.
  • Looks like a tool was used to hold them from there.
  • I also checked the GM engravings to confirm.
  • Weights:
    • I'd never guess, but all 4 of the wheels weigh the same! The 0.5" wider barrel of the rear wheels are exactly matched by the bigger hub are of the fronts (due to the offset).
    • Both fronts and rears weighed 26.2 lbs. Considering the robust and strong design, it's pretty good!
