New here and new SS
 

Hello people, picked up a black 2016 SS a week ago. Didn't get anything special as it was a killer deal when I found it so I jumped on it and love it so far. This is my first Camaro all though the Camaro has also been my favorite out of the "3". I'm still trying to learn about the car more to make sure I pick the correct mods. My first 3 upgrades will be wheels, exhaust and a ground effects kit. I'm still trying to pick the correct exhaust, as of now I'm looking at the borla atak and possibly borla x pipe and mid pipes if anyone has any input on that, and I do not have AFM or NPP. Thanks and I look forward to being in the community.

Congrats ! Exhaust sounds are very subjective. I would check out YouTube and get a good set of headphones on and listen. I don't like drone(I know, who does) so I optioned my car with NPP.

No drone with any Borla systems. Whether you have NPP, AFM or none of the above there is absolutely no drone with the Borla systems. If you have any questions or issues please contact me directly at davidb@borla.com .

Didn't mean they did. No offense and Borla is great equipment for the car. I just have previous experience with NPP and I like it. Now if someone has something better than my current setup and I still get the NPP benefits then I am interested

AFM isn't a option its just on the cars? Unless you get a delete kit on the new system.

Drone is absolutely subjective.
My friend put the Borla axleback on his 2012 2ss and at that one magic spot that you tend to drive at on the freeway it's almost unbearable. Feels like your head is going to explode.
We have plans to put in some Solo J pipes to kill it.
