Drove an SS with NPP
Bad thing is I have an L99. Same year as the car I drove.
The NP sounded good and was nothing like what I heard on the internet. It reminded me of my GTO when it was stock. I had traded in a manual GTO because of ongoing clutch and eventually master cylinder failure. As a result I went for an automatic and didn't even drive a manual when I purchased. What a different driving experience between the two vehicles. I might have to drive it again. |
was it manual or auto?

The car with NPP was manual.

You can't get a L99 with NPP exhaust ... |

The L99 has active fuel management, it makes the NPP sound funny. Tune it out, and jump through the hoops. Or get the Manual and the extra power. I like my DIY NPP, but it does not tone down Headers as much as I would like in quiet mode. But do you REALLY need it to be quiet  |
