yeah or buy them from someone who wants to upgrade them for the ZL1 ones, here is hard to find a wrecked camaro in town! :S

The lower circled part is replaceable as part of custom color knee pad set.

check www.car-part.com for the door panel (not sure if they list them out) or a drivers door. Call the yard about selling just the door panel.

The top part is dificult to replace. I think it's welded on according to this video. I also wanted to replace the top part but realized I couldn't unless a professional takes it off. The video is for leather replacement of the door parts but you can see him burn the wielding off the top part in order to put a leather piece on. Look at 4:35 in the video:

You probably like you said would have to replace the entire door with a 2LT door. Those are the doors which come with all the leather accessories.
