Side and rear splitters/skirts

So I have the factor front splitter painted summit white to match the car. I would like to get some side splitters to help protect the paint. The only company that I see that makes both side skirts and small ones behind the rear tires are Street Scenes.

Anyone have pictures of these installed with the factory facia extension? Are you happy with the quality of the Street Scenes stuff?

I like the ACS skirts, but not sure if it would look stupid if I did these for the sides and the Street Scenes for behind the rear tires (assuming I can buy those separately)

I don't know I need suggestions and pictures!! LOL

Just go with street scene's full splitter setup lol

It looks awesome in person. ACS looks good as well.. if you want to keep your GM splitters, go with ACS sides and street scene rears. The Street Scene splitters have a distinctive look to them for the front and sides.

The Street Scene splitters are definitely thinner/flatter than the OEM or ACS parts. Richard is right, they have different looks to them. I don't think the rear splitters are needed.

Since you have the GM front splitter, try the ACS sides first and if you must, then get the Street Scene rears.

The only reason I'm thinking of the rears is that I'm hoping it will protect that lower rear section of the fender behind the tire. Noticed a rock chip this morning there. But you are right, the street scenes ones look really thin and I'm thinking that won't look good with the factory front or ACS. I guess I could get the whole SS kit, even the one that goes under the factory front fascia.

I take that back, the SS front doesn't go under the factory fascia from what I can see in the pictures

My other question is if I went with just the ACS sides, I would think they would look best black on a white car. So to match, I guess I would have to have the factory fascia painted black as well. GRRRR choices!!!

Yeah you can't use Street scenes splitter under the GM splitter.

It's an awesome kit and I'm going to get it eventually

I ordered Stillen splitter and ACS side skirts, is that going to look weird?

doubtful, although the Stillen parts seem to be thinner than the ACS parts by design, so that could be an issue, but again, doubt it. I am considering this actually. Might want to get others opinion on this.

I'm confused....is there a difference between stillen and street scenes? Also, do the street scenes come with those ss logos or is that a sticker they provide if you want to use it. I'm not a fan of it.

JaxChris 08-23-2016 01:41 PM

Mighunter, you could get the Street Scene sides and rears plus add the 6LE secondary splitter to the factory splitter. That would look good since the factory splitter rides high (if you see it from the side, it actually flows with the OEM rockers and looks high when you add side splitters).

Check with Stillen and ask them about the side and rears. And if you want to avoid rock chips on the rear, get some stealth rear splash guards. They'll look pretty flush with those rear splitters and I think will look better than just the splash guards alone.

Street Scene and Stillen kit's are the same. Stillen is a dealer for Street Scene.

No, it doesn't come with the SS logo.

Contact Joe @ Stillen here for more info. He can provide a lot of info on the product.
