Driver Front Noise While Turning

As the title states, I'm having a noise issue with my driver front wheel while turning, specifically to the right (when the weight of the car is being thrown left). It can best be described as a hissing sound associated with rapid tapping noises, with what feels like the same sensation of rubbing in the steering wheel. Additionally, I've checked the tire and there is no evidence of rubbing or excessive wear. I should also mention that a pothole was hit on the driver's side a few months back, there were no issues at the time so I thought nothing of it.

In straight lines the car doesn't pull right or left and there's no vibration in the wheel... everything is normal except for turning right. Driving mode doesn't better or worsen the noise either.

Vehicle is a 2018 2SS with magnetic ride control.

Are your tires stock, or at least the same sizes as stock?
