1LE Just about ready for reassemble.

I thought I would share the work I started in October 2015 with you guys. I am just about to get things cleaned up in the next day or so as everything is coated with aluminum dust from all the grinding/ sanding and polishing. Waiting on the new headers to get here possibly tomorrow. So far I re-worked the entire wire harness; extended and shortened wires here and there, wrapped in painless wrap and relocated and hid as much as possible, swapped to stainless braided fluid hoses, polished the blocks, water pump, alternator, pulley brackets, etc.. Made a custom alternator bracket (factory one is junk and pitted due to pot metal), made custom coil brackets, relocated the coils, made new plug wires, added new fuel rails and polished the CAI system. Just got the new valve covers delivered the other day.
I plan to paint and hydro dip the fuse box top and bottom portions, CAI top of lid only, Hood Heat Extractor , Cover for the manifold and the new fan shroudwhen I build a nice one out of fiberglass shortly.. Probably some other small parts to will be painted and hydro dipped.

Alternator and water pump before. Both were a PITA to do. The factory alternator bracket would not polish due to pot metal(JUNK)
