Description:
Flowmaster introduces their new Super 44 Series muffler intended for the 2016-2018 Camaro with both V6 and V8 engines. This muffler features a 2.50 inlet offset to the side of the case, and a short, centered outlet to fit with the factory tailpipes. Being a Super 44 design, this muffler will deliver a deep, aggressive sound outside and inside the vehicle. This muffler can also be used in universal applications if needed. Fully welded with 409S stainless steel, this muffler is covered by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty and is manufactured in the USA.

What are you doing with the Outlaw Series for the 6th Gen???
I have the full Outlaw system on my 2012 and it is PERFECT...the Sound is exactly what I want!

Updated Fitment Info for 2017 Models
 

We have confirmed that our Super 44 Replacement mufflers for the 2016 Camaro will carry on through the 2017 model year for the same sub-model configurations as previously listed. Additionally, we have confirmed that these parts will fit convertible models as well.

So nothing for us NPP guys yet?

Yeah it doesn't make any sense. Even if it isn't NPP style, at least give us an axleback with quad tips!

Any pics of the inside? I'm curious to see because your 80 series crossflow design actually lost power on the dynos.

Not off-hand, but we'll see if we can find a cross-section. In terms of performance, individual dyno results will vary and can be due to any number of variables. All of our mufflers, systems, and kits are dyno tested prior to release. If we can't improve performance, we will not release a product. If a customer is looking for guaranteed sound and performance, you cannot go wrong with one of our fully engineered Cat-back or Axle-back systems. That said, we are unable to control the installation or application of any of our individually sold mufflers. Although they are universal products, not every series, size or configuration of Flowmaster muffler is ideal for all vehicle applications especially when other modifications have been made. You will not lose power with the proper Flowmaster muffler or system for your vehicle application. The hardest part is knowing which muffler to select. That is why we have set up our Customer Support line, 707-544-4761.
