Zl1 1le part numbers

Does anyone have the link to the thread with all the zl1 1le part numbers posted? I know it exists somewhere but I couldn't find it in the search. I'm looking for all of the part numbers for the bolts/retainers and all the body pieces.

It's me..

2 dive planes or kanards L & R
2 bezels L and R
1 lower spoiler or splitter
2 winglets on the end of splitter
1 upper grill
1 lower grill
Clips or plastic parts that push through to hold dive planes
6 screws to hold on winglets to end of spoiler
6 inserts called nuts but plastic inserts that push into lower splitter for the 6 bolts to attach winglets

Reuse your lower soft rubber parts on bottom of splitter. No need for a new one will need to drill old rivet from old one.

I gave my template to a friend for dive planes..

You also have a choice make a hole in fascia to attach the winglets into the fascia or trim tab off. The tab pushes through the fascia and same clips from dive planes hold it on.. I trimmed mine hit 150 many times no trunck failed or winglets failure yet.. was windy out to

I have extra set dive planes and some hard ware I'm not going to use.. I was going to cover mine in carbon fiber but not going to I am going to do mirrors in cf if I can find some cheaper than 150 used lol

Thanks! Can you please confirm that #18 is the clip that holds the dive plane? I seem to be missing 1. Perhaps, it broke. Also, will I be able to replace it thru the wheel well? It’s the uppermost one on the driver’s side.

How much did this mod cost? Do you actually have to replace the stock ZL1 splitter or just add the winglets?

EDFHOBBIES 12-04-2017 11:17 AM

You have to replace the splitter the 1le splitter is bigger

120 for splitter
50 ea winglets
50 ea bezels
50 each dive planes
60 grill upper
80 grill Lower

2800 rear wing

Well, it wasn’t just a missing clip. The part of the dive plane that the clip clips into was broken off. I imagine that someone must have walked by and hit their leg on the dive plane pretty hard.

Where did you get the lower grille for $80?

EDFHOBBIES 12-09-2017 08:28 PM

How difficult/easy was dive plane removal replacement?
Did you have to pull the front clip?
