Carbon Fiber Parts by TruFiber ideas sign ups?
 

Trufiber has moved from California to Houston. I met them at some of the coffee and car events and spoke about parts for the camaro or zl1 owners that might be interested in. They dabbled with the camaro 5th gen but no interest was shown with a front lip and zl1 all carbon hood so they scrubbed the camaro. Right now they are a big supplier of vette and mustang parts. I wanted to get this thread started for maybe a preorder and list of what and who would be interested in having certain parts made in carbon.

With the cold air inductions CAI intake coming out I thought it be nice for some parts to be made to match up.

Coil covers.. there are some out there for the vette that if you changed your valve covers and relocated the PCV hoses they would work.

Rain shield
Zl1 ground effects (splitter side skirts rear valence)
Zl1 1le aero kit (yes I know Andesrson Comp has these but competion lowers price)
Spoler zl1 and 1le
Radiator cover

Interior trim to not just covers

Gear shift bezel
Complete steering wheel
Pretty much all the ugly siliver lol

I really interested in the valve covers and want to get that made first.. who all would be interested in those?

For me, I'd like interior CF parts.

Definitely interested in replacing interior panels....if the price is right. I love love love CF, but won't pay what most try to charge.

I would buy Camaro LT4 specific carbon fiber coil covers in a heart beat.

I looked at the Katech CF coil covers but they are Corvette specific. Didn't feel like hacking up $600 worth of carbon fiber to make them fit on my ZL1.

Carbon fiber fuse box and battery post covers would also be high on my list.

+1 for CF Side Mirrors and interior accents.

A full CF Fuel door would be nice too. I believe the only options for fuel doors atm are the bulky plastic ones with CF inlay, I'm sure there would be a lot of interest in a CF fuel door that is the same as OEM, just simply Exposed CF instead of painted
