Sorry if this has been posted, but I haven't seen these renders before. And really haven't been following it.
There were more renderings, but they look like the new stingray They came from a design contest GM had Here is a link to more information where I found it. http://gmauthority.com/blog/2012/12/...are-awesome/#/ |
If the 6th Gen looked like that, I'd buy it, no second guessing. These pics were floating around sometime earlier this year though.

I loved those pics back when I first saw them and love them even more every time I see them again

I've never seen those before, but they look pretty damn good. I like it.

Loved the look of the 3rd Gens Growing up, My older sister had one... totaled it. lol
|
I've had a 84,89,90 CAMARO and a 89 GTA Trans Am so I have a huge soft spot for third gens and those renderings are AWESOME!!!
|
Wow, that looks awesome. It's too good for GM to actually go for it. But i wouldn't be surprised if evantually we see some type of camaro with styling from the 3rd gen. I just don't think it will be in 2016.

That's really sweet. I love the 3rd gen. I currently have an 89 Iroc, 85 t/a, 89 formula 350, as well as my 99 z28 and zl1. Love the 3rd gens, they do not get the credit they deserve. Roasted many a mustang with my 350 tpi cars.

Guess I'm the only one that isn't a fan?
I mean sure, most of the body looks great because it is very 5th gen, but I couldn't go for that front end. Hell...the fog lights intentionally look like fangs to me....like a snake face. Tell me you can't see that. We can't have our Camaro looking like a snake in the front (Cobra, Super Snake) |
I think they would be a great starting point for design, and they would definitely be recognized as a Camaro. I am a bit partial to the third gens though.
