I love the hatchback

Nice work.
IMO: Widen and raise the upper rear corners of the fenders just a bit, bringing the taillights further apart and higher along with them. The side windows look like a carbon copy of the 5thgen. I don't know how to make them look different but still 'Camaro', but I think it should be experimented with. The front fenders are all wrong for a Camaro. It needs prominent fenders that more closely closely match the rears. More muscle, less widebody 370Z. Just my initial thoughts. Again, good work on the render. |
Oh, and the taillights are too small IMO.

Not feeling the back. Looks like a car inside of another car.

It's the upcoming ATS coupe, which is the closest thing to the 6thgen that we know of so far. However, while that might make it a reasonable one to PS due to rough overall dimensions, rest assured that it will look nothing like it (consider that the 5thgen Camaro is on a modified version of the Pontiac G8/Holden Commodore chassis). Regardless of styling, these concepts are all well photoshopped. Keep it up! |

I'd love to see the new Caddie coupe crossed with a 69' Camaro. It would need to have the 69' fender creases and its coke-bottle shape. It should look more forward in design.

V6
if you check the new V6 GM came out this year with, the LF3 3.5 L twin turbo rated at 420 hp would be the ideal motor for the Delta 2 platform which i used for that rendering
|
...if you could please...change the rendering with the four side hood vents or openings...to my eye thats a detraction that could be architectured in another fashion if you feel it is needed.
|
Looks pretty wicked! I personally Love the first rendering.

IMHO the rear side window is completely out of place for this car and a hood scoop that large would never make production (street trim) but that front fascia and headlights are close to what I believe it will have. In fact, how did you get access to my computer? LOL. Actually, I modified one of your earlier renders to look more 'Camaro' and it has many similar elements to this one (elements that I changed). I'll try to finish it up and post it here (if you don't mind). |
Fixed hood and sides

Not trying to be too picky, but since you asked... :D
I meant the shape of the rear side window, too. I think the bottom edge needs to follow the contour of the fender arch, not stay straight like the ATS. I also feel that it would look better if the rear side window was made a little smaller. Similar to the 5th gen, but of course there's always a risk of making the car look too much like a 5th gen. It's a fine line. ;) While I'm making requests, can you change the chrome border to black? The hood scoop is too high, that kills a lot of visibility. Would you make a low-profile extractor type hood? I could go on and on with little details, but I've gotta leave it there so I don't kill your concept. :) |

Your ideas of what the next Camaro might look like are very cool Brunogadget.
I was hoping to meet you at BBOMG but after checking out where Kapuskasing is I'm not sure you would make that long a trip. You are pretty far out into that "Great White North." Keep up the good work and come the Detroit Auto show we will know how close your drawings were. |
