Recaro Seat Cleaning

Can anyone recommend the best way and what product to use on the Recaro seats to keep them clean, especially the suede bits. Thanks

Suade easily clean with woolite solution from the grocery store....

Sorry for the dumb and newbie question, is there a mixture with the woolite, or is it a simple put on microfiber and starting scrubbing?

Read the label......couple oz in a quart of water, I’ll guess.....don’t overthink it....

sonax makes awesome cleaner i used on my steering wheel and shift knob and also a brush and i imagine they would work great on the seats also!

I just use a large suede brush (usually sold For shoes) on the seats and wheel. In my experience with suede over time, the longer you can avoid products the better.

it is real suede or alacantara aka fake suede?

GM calls it micro suede I believe, which is exactly what Alcantara is defined as. It’s essentially a manufactured suede.

That could be tricky, anything strong enough for nail polish, could quite possibly dissolve the microfibre.

That is exactly why I have not attempted anything
