If there was still a Firebird, who would own it instead?
My '14 is my first Camaro, always had Firebirds or Vettes. If There was still a Pontiac, I'm sure I'd be posting in Firebird5.com!

Pontiac Man Since the 80's, would be driving a T/A if Pontiac was still around or Better yet a Retro GTO.

Those builds are NOT real Firebirds. |
I had a modified 69 Firebird and a '74 Trans Am, but I prefer Camaro's.

I'd rock it, but I've been a Camaro guy all my life so when it comes to choosing one or the other, still the Camaro.

Firebirds have always been the "other flavor" for me, but I really did like the 3rd gen Formula's, and the 4th Gen T/A's and especially the WS6.
For the 3rd and 4th Gens, the Firebird always seemed to have nicer interiors, better seats. |

That was my take, they were just a little "step up" from the Camaro. |
I always like the Trans Am more than the Camaro. But the current body is sweeeeeet!!
|
No way. Camaro > Firebird
|
I liked the Trans Am WS6 better than the same year Camaros, but without seeing exactly what it would look like how can I decide? The Camaros converted into them look pretty nice, but they're still Camaros.

Except for the first generation the Firebirds were always a little better than the Camaro IMO. It's like how GMC trucks are a little bit better than Chevrolet. Chances are the 5th generation would have been the same so you could probably count me in that camp.

I'm still bummed that Pontiac is gone. Why did GM keep Buick and Cadillac? To this day I still cannot get over how many Grand Prix's I see on the road. Yes, if Pontiac was still around I would probably be driving a Trans Am instead of an SS Camaro.
